We recently got paypal account for donations, but they can freeze it at any moment for any reason, bullcrap. Bitcoin on the other hand is - free from conversion fees, free from asset freezing just because, all in all much better. Shouldn't we have an option with bitcoin too? Makes much more sense in every aspect

I have never worked with bitcoins before.
How exactly does it work?
Can we add/withdraw money from bank?
I've also heard some stuff about 'mining'. How does that work?
