Picked up an N9 64gb recently, love it but one annoying bug.

When i receive a call the screen switches off and i cant interact with the phone at all, not even to end the call. Also double tap to wake isnt working and the clock disappears after a few seconds on standby.

No mods yet and ive reset the phone multiple times.

Known bug? Any solutions?

Thanks.

I've never had this issue. Did you buy the phone new or second hand? Maybe reflashing the firmware may help?

sounds like the proximity sensor is busted.
it's in the top right but i doubt you can do anything. clock turning off is a dead giveaway though.

sounds like what i experienced for 5 minutes when i put on a screen protector that covered the prox sensor on upper right corner.

...no chance that thats the problem right?
