my external memory card to the back of my N800 let is not being read by my device. How can this be rectified?

did you try more then 1 card? Does the card work on computer or other device?

The memory card port under the device is reading the both cards, but the same cards that are being read by the port under the device is not being read by the port at the back of the device. Also when connected to the pc via usb, the both port under and behind is identified, but when I click on the port behind Im getting the response please insert card.
