It just throws this error -

Why not use FileBox or QAD File Manager to do it?

OK, I've installed Filebox. Copied file from /user but can't paste into /usr - 'You don't have permissions to proceed'...

Is it possible to copy/paste with Filebox just as in Windows? Apologies for my ignorance

You can use terminal to copy it once you've switched to root using devel-su. The commands are:

devel-su
<your password> (default is rootme)

cp /home/user/<filename> /usr/
