Hi when I make calls and have phone near my face screen turns off as normal but when I move it away the screen remains blank until someone hangs up. I still have the original packaging around the phone this may be causing it any ideas would love to know where the sensor is.

very top right corner, brownish looking hole. if when answered the screen goes off then the packaging shouldnt be an issue but try taking it out and see.

indeed i had this problem on my palm 3 i now have took the original packaging off and now it works fine so it was interfering with the prox sensor glad its sorted so i cut out a little cutout and put the original packaging back on all sorted now solved.
