i see you totally got the concept of it..

keep it up...

since i haven't uploaded most of the themes, i don't know if everyone knows that.. but LXDE panel supports transparent PNG files i.e. you can have circular or any shape icons you want...
just like in "Longhorn theme" on first page
only transparent text(logo+start) is there in the png file.. gives it kind of glow effect when clicked..

P.S. - and the taskbar stretches below the menu logo so no need to worry about that..

what is the best image file you think it is ? im using this debian-m5-v3e.img.ext2 there is better ??
i also cant put icons on desktop when im holding on a program then click add to desktop nothing happen ! could you help ?

debian-m5-v3e.img.ext2 is what I am using right now.. I think its the latest.. supports sound.. although sound support is there frm "v3d"..

but
its somehow related(created i suppose) from LXDE for N900..
but its supporting touch scrolling(maybe its a webos feature but its nice)
wish we had it on N900 LXDE too...

Asking for a "best" image is a difficult question, because as always "best" is something very individual.
In terms of support and end-user friendlyness Estel's image would be the best choice.

My image was only a proof of concept that ED could be dist-upgraded to Squeeze. It has some flaws (e.g. /etc/groups is missing accidentally) and the software installed is only what I needed in the image.

I never intended it to be used by end-users, but if you're fine with the limitations you can use it as well. But since Estel's image is based on mine there's nothing that my image can do that Estel's can't.
