They want to get into software much deeper and broader than they are today. To do that they need people, they need expertise, they need to organize themselves, make plans, strategies and so on. Most of all they need people. MeeGo could be a detail in the big picture for all I know, along with tons of other small details.

Mentor Graphics is not a small detail, it's a software powerhouse.

I dont know about Bada:s SDK but using Qt(Quick) maybe could help them and if I remember correct Bada was Linux based OS. so you bull about "Linux is bloated" statements earlier this year, may very well bloat in your face someday...

M assuming this sorta confirms N9 is coming to Germany as well (and not just Austria)??
At around 24 mins he talks about them all being 'live' and states that this is the first phone that does this...

My n900 does this? (Or is my N900 a portable computer and not a phone?... )

Incidentally, once I somehow managed to minimise my camera app without it going into standby mode. Was pretty cool, in a sort of geeky pointless way...

Well, that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe if you complain to Nokia support... I'm sure they've probably corrected that mistake for most other people by now.

What kind of TV out is that? That can't be composite, can it?
