Hi,

I am a new N9 owner, just bought one on eBay (wanted one for years!). Was a previous N900 owner years back, but am a N9 noob.

The problem I have is that I don't understand how I can get access to any old apps, do I need to setup Openrepos? Will this give me access to apps?

How would I add a new repo? I can't seem to find a simple newbies 'how to' guide?

Any help much appreciated 😀

If you want to set up developer mode need to go down this route: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...5&postcount=24

You need Warehouse to find Harmattan apps: https://openrepos.net/content/basil/warehouse

To get rid of annoying sign in to Nokia Store need developer mode:http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...4&postcount=56

I bought an N9 last year, (having owned an N900) and summarised my findings in this wiki page:

I hope you find it helpful.

Big thanks to both of you - this is a big help.

Loving my N9 at the moment. Meego is fantastic, cannot believe just how good it is - especially for a 5 year old, under-developed OS.

Elop must have been crazy to ditch this for WP7.
