You are only allowed 5 downloads of an app before you have to re-purchase, though sometimes you are given that message in error.
If you contact customer support they can provide you with a download link but they take ages to respond, easiest way is to just re-buy it.

This is one of those times when we should find the .deb installation file and back it up. I believe there was a thread about it earlier this year.
