1. try the suggestions mentioned ! Look if there is a runaway prog. Kill it, (sometimes) restart.
2. try the suggestions mentioned ! Download a new prog and delete it or make a link to a webpage (via browser) and delete it.
These options nornally help in most cases.
If not; you can make a backup and do a reset.
If not do a flash of the FW.
I have had succes with 1. and 2. so far.
