Previously, I mentioned more touchscreen based Nokia phones were to be released but details were missing.

Nokia has confirmed a new mid-range, touch-capable phone. See the specs at nokia.com.cn (China). The phone will be released at the Chinese market. It is unknown wether it will be brought on the market elsewhere.
