Getting 1.3mbs with the download manager compared to 50kbs with the link. Nearly 30 times faster and 600mb downloaded in 5 mins already

i have the same info when i try to download smm10 from sygic storage, that i've reached limit of 5 downloads but i didn't ever visited their storage!

Used download manager and it downloaded very quickly.
Sadly when trying to open I get a zip file error.
I am afraid that this will never work so I have given up
