my english is not so good

i reed 3 days sites how to use john the ripper ... something not working

i install ubuntu ... i have the phone from one fryend from out of state ... i have bad luck or something is not god for me and this phone

i try to dont ask help but im not god to crack this things ... and i dont want to pay at the service
