For some reason Nokia seem to have brought it down. Maybe you want to ask them or use temporary mirror at skeiron.org/tablets-dev

I think tablets-dev.nokia.com is down forever. Nokia has no interest to support Maemo/N900 anymore. 3 years service after N900 production release was finished.
