after trying to modify my Sym keyboard with Modify Your On-Screen Keyboard Layouts 0.0.3-1 (from Extras-Testing, on a PR1.2 device), it simply got corrupted. I inserted the new symbol in the app, then pressed "Save", nothing else.
Every time I call it by pressing [->]+[Sym], the program I'm writing in freeze for a while and then crashes. A reboot (obviously) didn't solve this problem.
Only the modified Sym keyboard got this problem (the italian one), the others work well, but I can't use them because my hardware keyboard is way too different from them.
Is there someone who knows what I can do in order to get my Sym keyboard back?
Is there a folder where the keyboards layout are stored, so that I can copy a working layout over the corrupted one?
I've already read something about the RX-51 file, but I didn't understood how to use it in my case.
Solved. I just copied an unmodified /usr/share/scv_layouts/it.vkb file over the corrupted one. Maybe it was not app's fault, I'm going to further test it.
