jonwill: there was a backup of whole downloads.maemo.nokia.com, tablets-dev, etc on maemo-archive.wedrop.it, skeiron.org but the mirrors've been shut down

Do you have copy-paste or script to let someone mirror it?
I am collecting all kind of various scarce files such the flasher, firmwares, documents, bootvideos (not essential) and saving them to my dropbox. I have 50GB storage for some years from now. In case the plug is pulled I atleast have the files and it doesn't eat my HDD space. Then, distribution are worries for later. Till that time I'll try to save what I can.

I'm using apt-mirror with (among others)
where <code> is the one you see on your sources.list.
Ah WTF: "qa9recEP:Pat2UGuP"
I'll anyway see if I can host the mirror externally (not on my laptop). Then we'll see what we can do about access rules.
