I have this issue too. All the saved pictures are not appearing in the gallery instead they goto /home/user/. Started to happen after a reflash. Now thinking to try emmc flashing.

yes thats my case, oooh no flash please, i have to open it manually and save as option to rename it, and then its appear, suck, lol
