As Adobe has posted here, there is currently a severe vulnerability floating around for Flash which exists in Flash Player 9 and 10 for Windows, Linux, OS X and Solaris. Will Nokia be patching us against this (with the assistance of Adobe)? Or are we going to be left to fend for ourselves?

If 10.1 is not vulnerable, could this force Nokia's hand to give us an upgrade?

I realize that I'm off my turf here in the Fremantle land, but wrt. the N8x0 Internet Tablets (with Diablo/OS2008), nobody should hold their breath... (and those who did.. bless 'em)

Or just maybe.. wait for MeeGo or something akin to it.

Meanwhile consider using the Flashblock add-on.

PS. Apparently the 10.1 betas aren't (at least publically) vulnerable.
