Try command "bmestat"

Thanks, exactly what I needed!
Well, I'd like to see capacity in Wh and usage in mW instead of converting Volts and Ampers but anyway its ok!

Bought a couple of BV-4D 1320 mAh from France, bmestat reports:
battery max. capacity: 1200
battery cur. capacity: 1198

Are those fake chinese batteries or bmestat doesn't know about 1320 models?

AFAIK using bmestat you get a reliable capacity figure since that's what is reported by the battery itself.
It might be however more accurate after few charge/discharge cycles.

As for what is the real capacity and what's printed in the label of the battery; I find those figures usually differ a fair amount whatever the origin country of the battery

@pishta74, I am looking to order a replacement battery for my N9. After a few months of usage, are you still satisfied with your battery's performance?

And anyone else, do you have a good referral for a replacement battery?

Thanks in advance!
