Not strictly N900 related... I've got a Sony PRS-350 e-book reader and I'm wondering if I can charge it by using the N900 charger. Both have the same USB plug.

My understanding is that there is a standard for these chargers so it should work fine.

if it charges through usb it will work, but if it just uses usb for data it might not, but i think you already figured that out

For the record: It works perfectly fine. After checking the specs of Sony's original charger (thanks Google) I gave it a try. Both charger have almost identical specs (5 V / 1400 mA). E-reader fully charged by now.
