Is there any app for n9 that can protect it from wifikill (android app) attacks?

You can use the ettercap isolate plugin against I believe.

ettercap isolate will allow you to perform a similar attack, not prevent it.

There's probably not a lot you can do to about it other than use 3G instead of WIFI or you could retaliate.
