Furthermore, despite I like the pattern/gradient of the actual splash screen, it does not look good on the AMOLED display. Gradients on dark pictures rarely look the way they should. What looks fantastic on N9 is a deep black and good contrast. So why not add something like that (or similar):

I think it's fascinating what people in this community are capable of doing...
A guy reverse engineers Whatsapp, develops a build for MeeGo and releases it to the community...superb

The new version (0.2.4) needs much power in standby (15-20mA more than in vers. 0.1.8)

Ok I waited more than 48h before registering, I ALSO resetted my phone AND STILL "serversaid:fail-too-many::" I am getting really frustrated right now!!

Well Nokia do at least know how to build a decent phone, just apparently don't know how to support it..
