Hi,

I am using Thunderbird on Linux as my main email client, and I would like to synchronize the contacts between it and my N9 contacts applications.
Does anyone have pointers to how to do that ?

Thanks,
Franck

Not sure. There is no support for LDAP addressbook in Harmattan as far as I know.

IIRC, doesn't Ovi Suite (or Nokia Suite or whatever) support syncing contacts up with Thunderbird? I thought I remembered it asking me that at one time.

Well, I don't think there is Linux version of this software...

Good point. I missed the Linux in the first post.

Maybe just run some kind of Windows virtualbox and install Ovi there.

That would let you run Ovi Suite, but you wouldn't be able to get the Windows Ovi Suite to connect to the Linux Thunderbird, I'm sure. You would have to run Thunderbird in the virtual Windows machine too, which I don't expect the OP wants to do.

Could a solution based on Funambol / Syncml be possible ? Does N9 handle syncml ?
