That means tracker is stuck on the previous thing you were downloading... I don't remember how I fixed it, but it it's a matter of tracker still waiting, whatever the last thing you installed, that needs to be uninstalled...

Had same issue today downloading speedtest app, restarting app or reboot didn't help. Went to ovi store website on iPad and clicked download for the app in question. That changed the status to downloaded on phone too.

Do you know the package name of it, I try to install though x terminal
