This is not the worst. Regardless how big the device is, some newly announced toys even don't have room for a 3.5mm headset jack.

Possibly but OSX hasn't had blue scroll bars since 2011. By default there's no scroll bars at all now until you move your mouse or put your finger on the touchpad. The only time I see them these days is if some app has decided to fake the UI controls with there own cross platform toolkit such as Qt.

IIRC you get blue scrollbars on Windows still if you run an old pre-Windows 8 app.

Plus it is removable - hard to find on new "flagship" devices. In many respects this phone is M$'s equivalent of the Ubuntu Edge only bigger and, indeed, better specs. Many pluses for the business minded. But, not a fan of the tiles UI.

I am fairly sure it is not possible to use android drivers on windows devices. Maybe with a hypotethical "windows version of libhybris"

That is one of the reasons that there exists no "cheap chinese WP devices with ARM architecture"; as Windows has to have its own drivers it is only doable by large HW manufacturers that control or are the chip vendors at the same time.

The other reason of course being that nobody in their right mind would want anything windowsy

No...? I was wondering if libhybris would work with whatever drivers it ships with. Apparently not!

Maybe they could be ndiswrappered...
