any help ?
I have the same problem, i've used the automated install.
After uninstalling backupmenu, after reboot with open keyboard, the bootmenu still like I have backupmenu.

Reinstalled and uninstalled backupmenu again with os program manager (not "fast application manager"), but it give me the "nitdroid-kernel-2.6.28-07" error

I have no idea where android is mounted and I don't know how to solve this.

Multiboot continue to show backupmanager and no nitroid after 5 install/uninstall cycle

Any solutions? Thanks

(still cannot remove android kernel and multiboot remain the same)

Mount the partition where you installed your Nitdroid to /and ...
This is what the error message asks you for.
Code:
sudo gainroot
mount /Your/Nitdroid/Place /and
Don't come back and ask for /Your/Nitdroid/Place does not exist, you should know if you installed to card, partition or folder.

I've used the automated install downloaded from here: http://downloads.nitdroid.com/nitins....2.7_armel.deb

And the kernel is this: http://downloads.nitdroid.com/e-yes/...-rc7_armel.deb

I'm sorry for being noob, but I really can't locate the nitroid folder.
Seems that it doesn't exist.

Any chance to edit multiboot either?

I found /dev/mmcblk1p1 and /dev/mmcblk0p1 and they are empty files
These are the device files for the devices. The files are at the mounted partitions.

There is no mount output for the command
Code:
mount /home /and
Is there an empty directory /and at all? Are the nitdroid files and folders in /home?
Code:
ls -l /
ls -l /home

Reinstalled.
And is now on root (/and)
Typed "mount /home /and"
In application manager the package is still broken (impossible to uninstall) and in faster application manager doesn't appear.

Which of the packages are you referring to: nitdroid-installer or the kernel-nitdroid?
Why do you use the GUI-application managers, they just hide the output and errors to you (and supporters)
Are you trying to get rid of it or trying to finalize the instalation, i am a little confused, what to suggest next...
