This is real, it is just about the only annoying thing about N9.
I wonder what makes it so slow (and unreliable!) to detect position change...

Maybe the accelerometer frequency is tuned down to save battery life?

The feeling of slow rotation is augmented by the too many unneeded rotations. Swipe away from the browser: rotate. Go to another browser window: rotate. All apps must update layout each time.

The choice of rotation being in-app instead of in window manager was wrong.

I really looking for a video of sailfish browser since I'm a heavy browserer. Anyone have snapshot or video link?

I don't trust poeple without a Nokia n900...I'm also supporting Apple 2016 or until Jolla fully refund or ship the jPad to all backers and supports!

I agree. Why is it not possible to lock the rotation per app? Or did I miss something?
