If you have serious problems, see the instructions for reinstalling the firmware here. If the problems persist or you have other issues, post again, in more detail

maemo5 icon is shown both in Uninstall and Update(app manager), but the version infor are the same.
I think the system has lost a lot of basic libraries cause when I tried to apt-get install ..., information such as "lib...-dev
epends:libc6-dev but it is not installable"
and when I run apt-get -f install, xterm shows

I'd go direct to reflashing then - it looks like you've managed to really stuff things up there.
And I have no idea how to deal with this.
