got it in februari 2010 in Indonesia
all hardware has no issue

Encrypted? Last time I checked a public dropbox download it did no such thing. Perhaps one needs to be logged in to dropbox or so?

i'm sorry, not the dropbox or mediafire encrypted, but the pdf file...when you try to open the pdf file, it ask for password...

Try a different PDF viewer. It opens just fine using Evince on Ubuntu.

First N900 was 2204 and on KP witl SR VDD1 VDD2 on ideal preset was stable till 805 freq
Now on 2101 the same config but is stable till 950 freq,with only SR VDD 2 enabled stable till 1000,with SR disable stable on 1150
