I just recently acquired an N9 and was toying with the idea of trying to develop for it. I am sorry if this stuff has been answered elsewhere. The state of what is and is not included in the software stack on the N9 has been a little bit difficult to follow for me as much existing documentation for Meego does not seem to be specific to the Harmattan instance.

Is GTK available on the N9 by default? Is it permissible to release software on official Nokia channels with GTK? All of the N9 specific documentation I can find is all QT specific.

Is Mono available? At one time they were backing Meego quite heavily with Monodevelop. Will the vanilla binding for QT work with the N9? If C# is not available what other languages are supported well for N9 development outside of C++ and QML?
