it gets hot because it continuously keep talking with CMT and fails. you can kill /usr/sbin/csd that keeps cpu busy by making an infinite loop.

Could you do a simple reflash using australian firmware and post the ouput? That would show if the australian cmt is flashed successfully or not

No, Yesterday I flashed it three to four times with the original firmware prior using the chinese cmt today.

The output was same no changes.

This is different from issues I was facing , please see error again.

This is different from my error which was related to CMT clearly.
There is one more user who is facing exactly same issue.

Try to contact him and see if he got any success. My guess is that this error is more related to hardware.

Again, as I said try chinese CMT only after you have tried other higher version fw like german, north europe etc.

Thanks to both Suyog and over beloved thedead for helping me on this issue.

And yes it seems a hardware issue to me as well and I thinks its time for a new phone and a new thread. See you guys on that thread.
