How I should setup Camera app (harbour-pinhole, is there any another Camera GUI for Leste?) to work with Photo-viewer Mihphoto (Is there any another for Leste?) ? Right now harbour-pinhole saves photos to directory that Mihphoto cannot choose.

I would symlink pinehole dir to Mihphoto dir

As a workaround you can control it through Pavucontrol.
BTW is the volume too loud by default during calls on Pinephone ?
