Hi

I have the problem about matching contacts in my N9. I got this problem on PR1.0 and PR1.1.

For example, I have a contact saved in contacts book with number 12345678, but the system always add the country code (+852) to the SMS history and call log related to this contact. Which caused unable to matched the contact name in my contacts.

Some people got the same problem as me. Reference link:

I'm still not received any OTA update of PR1.2, can someone confirm this issue fixed in PR1.2 or not?

Thanks

This isn't strictly due to the n9, it's determined by your carrier and how they push caller id, but yes n9 could fix the problem. Anyway, i agree it's very annoying, but I've found it's better to just keep the number in international format, that way it's inclusive and less likely to not recognise it.

AFAIK pr1.2 fixes this issue. it also brings in a feature whereby the names of all the contacts are displayed in an incoming call if the same number is listed in multiple contacts.
