how to open the css files i tried wit filebox n filemanager but it doesn't open i want to increase the size of oprator logo i treid terminal to but it says permission denied

Is there any way to get lowpower screen to landscape mode?

i know only way rotating LPM in landscape is applying mod to allow homescreen rotation.
