Here is some my (download .zip file) 
Also you can get the result immediately by running this one-line command as ROOT:
Where is /path/to/CUSTOM-ICONS-FOLDER is a full path to the folder with your icons.
* If still some icons is not updated, probably problem comes from lipstick. Just refresh homescreen (lipstick restart) or check if names of your custom icons is correct.
Instead running command, you also can use this app

Aftership, Google play, MediaConverter, Google maps, Google translate x3, Google, Google VoiceSearch x2, פקודות קולות (Israeli), Maprika, MX player x3, Waze x5, OfficeSuite, Whatsapp, Dolphin browser x2, Israel post tracker, TeamViewer, פנגו+ (Israeli parking app), Vimeo, Whatsapp.
