I've got the first working version of a PHP based owncloud app for syncing tomboy notes that is compatible with conboy: grauphel.

I am also interested in this since Ubuntu One stopped offering the service to sync the notes. Rainy is a good alternative to consider. Do you have any plans to adapt Conboy to the way Rainy is working?
