You had reason openstreetmaps works correctly, my problem was I was using google maps.

From openstreet maps, I could download 200mb of maps, after select some zoom levels.

Google maps are proprietary even though accessible on the web for free. On more than one occasion they have changed their map URLs. Maemo Mapper has no explicit rights to use their maps. Apparently they have once again limited our access.
