Thank you! But actually I am not familiar with electronics and I can not dare to mess with the database on my phone, I was wondering if there is any simpler way to do so like any other phones in the marker or an app that keeps track of each call's duration.

f2thak, I did try Extended call log, but it did not help me at all. its no different than phone app on the Nokia n900. it does not show me the duration of my last call at all. only date and time and caller ID bellow it and the account type, I cant see call duration on there. Thanks.

Check out post #20 in the link in Post#2 above. It's not too hard.
1) copy triggers.txt to you PC desktop
2) plug in a USB cable from you PC and use "mass storage mode"
3) copy triggers.txt from you PC to your N900
....for me this is a "G:" drive
....this is easier to find on the N900 than the uSD card, which is another letter
....copy the file to the "root" of the drive
4) disconnect the N900 from the PC
5) open an XTerm (command line) window
6) cd MyDocs
....this changes yo to the directory where you copied the file
7) ls
....this is lower case LS
.... this lists the files.
....you should see "triggers.txt" in the list
8) type the command from post#20
sqlite3 -batch /home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/el-v1.db < triggers.txt
That's not too hard! Just try each step slowly. If you can't find the file in XTerm, start over.
I just did this. It only sets the phone to START saving the end times, so you'll have to wait until you make/receive a few calls to see any effect.

Well no. Something happened.
I've tried to use the triggers file as RWFarley stated above, but it's adding no new information to the calls log.

Or if you read it out manually with sqlite3 command like in calltimer.sh.

I really need help with my Nokia N900, I have been looking to see if there is any app that can help me keep track of my calls durations, I use skype alot, and when i go back to recent phone calls, I only can see the date and the time I made the phone call, Does anyone know of a method on how to see the phone calls durations or any app that handles this. I really need to know how long my phone call lasted after hunging up. Thanks in advance!!
