First, thanks @debernardis for your support all around the forum and @RobbieThe1st for your excellent work!!

I've been reading a lot in the forums, but I don't whink I found the answer to this.
Is there any automated way of doing a flashable zlib compresed image with latest backupmenu 1.2? It is not easy to follow the indications of http://mer-project.blogspot.com.es/2...-for-n900.html for noob people. Do you plan to include an option in backupmenu to do it automatically?

Edit: I have been testing the image creation and compression (lzo, zlib) and it is amazing how you can reduce the image size. However, bear in mind that the fs speed is also affected by the compression (see http://www.linux-mtd.infradead.org/m...#L_ubifs_compr )

Does somebody know what is the default compression of the Nokia stock image? lzo, zlib?
