any app from other repo?
believe it or not, i ever install meecatalog on my n9, and then do apt-get update through xterm, and then its starting to remove everything by itself, and before thats happened, i have same issue like yours, cant install or uninstall, weird enough, and finally i have to reflash, justsharing my experience, i hope other can give another solution,

the only non-store apps are fastern9,wazapp,optimizer,n9qtweak,inception and unrestricted system ui, though i have a feeling that the latest caused the ptoblem

is there a log in the app manager ? maybe the problem described more in log if exist

ok the problem is solved now, i just incepted the new version of unrestricted systen ui .I do not know if it was resolved because i incepted the new package and the old version had bugs, or because of the installation of a new app in general.
Here is a list of my installed apps:
fastern9
optimizer
unrestricted system ui
inception
noteimporter
billboard
wazapp
n9Qtweak
quickedit
mp3cut
fmradio
grab radio
shotmee
whozcalling
call blocker
recorder
cutetube
translate all
fmobi
xms

anyhelp will be appreciated especially that i dont want to go through reflashing or clearing my device
