In fact you are right. It was FW 10.2011.34.1 for the magenta N9. I think someone was modifing some files. My old magente N9 was stolen since some month. The black one has the right 420 but if @thebeto doesnt respónd so the thread can be closed. If he is in the capital i like to see this particular N9 and see if i can slove the problem.

So in here you can see that variant 420 has cert-sw timestamp 1355302070 which is lower that phones current cert-sw timestamp 1355317350, thats why it says downgrade disallowed. If you go through all the variants with that kind of hexdump check, eventually you should be able to find a variant which has bigger timestamp.
