With dpkg -i *.deb (excluding the kernel-power-flasher) install went fine, i had only to manually fix the default bootmenu symbolik link:
/etc/default/bootmenu.item -> /etc/bootmenu.d/20-Maemo5-kernel-power-2.6.28.10-power52+git.item

and then generate again the u-boot menu with "u-boot-update-bootmenu"

Update was normal. No error in dmesg after reboot.
I've been using the kernel for 1day+ and everything I've tested is working fine [WiFi,BT,IR,USB(charge/mass storage device),FMTX,GPS,Camera].
I haven't tested GSM(no sim),TV out, USB host mode, mmc card slot, front camera.

Pali,

are you aware of the issues with BME discussed in BME Replacement?

@pinochio: Make sure you have bluetooth enabled. Also please try to reboot device and test if FM radio working with stock kernel. "no voice" problem looks irrelevant for me to last kernel changes...

UPDATE:

kernel-power (1:2.6.28-10power52+git) fremantle; urgency=low

* Fix dangling if statement in patch power-supply-no-verbose.diff
* Backport usb ids from upstream kernel for dm9601.ko and asix.ko drivers
* Add patch nokia-av_key.patch for immediately headset button press event as KEY_PROG1
* Remove shm_size=0x400000 from /etc/modprobe.d/bridgedriver because it is not needed
* fix suspend to memory problems, generally only useful in offline mode
use /sys/power/state to enter (not used by Mameo5, just less broken now)
* advance system clock after resume using RTC time
* computer USB port now is able to be detected and charge after resume
* disable WARN_ON in getnstimeofday when timing system suspended
