did you install the "extended a/v format support" (it's "erweiterte a/v formatunterstützung" in german so i don't know the exact name)?
if it's still not able to play these files you may try mplayer with either SiB or KMPlayer as GUI.

It's working with mplayer, but video plays like in slow motion mode..

I tried 1 wmv file so far that that played just fine with SiB+mplayer.

Try install Extra Decoders Support (decoders-support package) from extras-devel.

fullscreen-resolution with 2000 kbps? no chance. sorry. ^^
