I got and email from TNT asking for import duty and VAT - anybody else getting it too ? Well Norway isn't in the EU after all... Still, both the N950 and Lumia got there without any need for duty or VAT.

They wanted 70 Euros to delivery the package (which I didn't pay)!!! I thought they were supposed to be free in the EU!

I rounded up. She asked for 68 Euros plus some change.

Hi guys,

good news
They just informed me that in some occasion the transportation company had missed something for the tax autorities so they claim you money.
But the package is fully covered end-to-end, that means you don't have pay to recieve it.
Please PM me if you are being asked to pay some fee, I'll give this information to the person who is working on it to try to find a solution.

Thanks for the update, b0unc3. I was not asked for shipping costs or taxes so far.

I have a different story:
My parcel was this morning out for delivery, I have today a day off so I checked the tnt tracking several times this day, waiting eagerly for my small surprise from Nokia.

Sadly the tracking system has now this entry:
10 Feb 2012 16:43:19 Receiver Not Home. Follow Up Action Underway.
And not even a postcard in my letterbox...

Boah, I could kill now someone! bad, poorer, tnt!

Hi, Daniele

I've got my device today (Thanks for it again ), and I've payed the tax already.
It was about the 1/4 part of the price ( of the 206 Euros, it was 55 euros )
Can You help my situation?
