OMWeather will update for me over data connection, but not over wifi . Anyone have any suggestions to try ?

I have uploaded to extras-devel omweather 0.25.
Brief changelog:
* Various minor fixes
* Created animations for icons using HildonAnimation functions
* Changed default vaild time for current weather to 4 hours
* Done backup mechanism for Fremantle
* Increased icons on toolbar in application mode
* Updated German, Finish, Spanish, Russian, French translations

I've found OMWeather great; exactly what I've been looking for in a weather app!
There is only one small frustrating problem that's been spoiling it a little for me. I've searched for a solution but can't find one.
-With the desktop widget, it seems to take up a disproportionately large area.
This means that the widget often overlaps other widgets (meaning that even though they are not under the OMWeather widget, they can't be moved when editing a desktop.
It also means that the OMWeather widget is not as positionable as it should be (eg. when in today+3day display mode, I can't position the widget on the bottom of the screen or on the right hand side of the screen).
Is there a solution?

New version of OMWeather database for weather.com 0.9.12 is available for testing in Fremantle extras-testing repository.
Changelog:
* Fixed errors in GPS coordinates for Greece weather stations
* Fixed errors in GPS coordinate for Finland weather stations
* Fixed errors in GPS coordinate for Norway weather stations
* Fixed errors in GPS coordinate for Azerbaijan weather stations
* Updated weather stations for Germany
Please test it vote and create bug reports.

but still how to know what i deleted and was needed?
