For me, it goes like this:
Copy this statusindicatormenu-qml-brightness.desktop to the right place here:
/home/user/.status-menu/items-order.conf

Thanks for the tip!

I'm using Coderus repo and System-ui. My problem is with battery percentage. Whether I'm using Mag's or Coderus system-ui, whenever I disable battery percentage there will be a permanent GAP between battery icon and network bar.

It looks ugly and a little longer than usual small gap b/w battery and signal bars. Please help how to remove the gap?

You can't.. It should be, because number + percentage icon (67%) a little longer than battery icon.

When there is Number + % sign the gap is fine. But when I disable battery percentage there is an unusual gap in the absence of battery percentage. And that gap is between the battery icon and network signal. Please see the attached pic in my prev post. I have no old screenshot in my N9 now. Otherwise I could have shown you what is the diffrence between the normal gap and this unusal gap.

Perhaps I may find old screenshots in pc backups. In that case I will update you with pic comparison.
