I just reflashed my N900 to the pr1.3 image because i had locked it (by accident) and forgotten the lock code. Reflashing fortunately preserved most of my real actual data (i didn't flash the eMMC) but some things dissappeared and I'm just wondering if there's more stuff I might have lost.

I seem to have lost my email accounts and applications. Why would this happen, particularly the email accounts? Aren't they stored in my home directory in some config file rather than in the rootfs?

My homescreen menus also seem to have been messed up but that might be cause the apps that used to be there dissappeared. I also lost my theme which I guess is also stored on rootfs.

Can anyone familiar with this warn me as to what else I might have lost?
