If some is interested, i found the solution:
rm /home/user/.config/menus/hildon.menu
rm /home/user/.config/menus/hildon.menu

I got the following problem. My menu isn't sort alphabetic anymore and i really don't know how to fix it. Tried to remove, purge and reinstall. Nothing worked. When catorise is removed, the normal menu isn't also sort alphabetic anymore. Would be very nice if someone has an idea.
