the latest beta update (n900) reminds me of Helium Browser...cool
a lot of bugs fixed..
i don't know with you all, but the transition from landscape to portrait vice verse a little bit laggy...
sometime force close...
overall GREAT !!!

Maybe i will be able to add some performance here. anyway it much faster now, and has no drawing artefacts.

force close during minimize (multitasking)...

version 0.4.9 has been released for meego only - it's just temporary release for Nokia QA process. (-:

next stable for version for both, maemo and meego, will be 0.4.10 after I complete ui improvements and resolve performance issues.

EDIT: updated alpha & beta for maemo to 0.4.9. there will be no stable 0.4.9 version.

cust, i got network connection error prompt whenever i tap places to find checkn point . To be on faor point..i cant check-in usi g 4squick too, no places list came out . ..any idea what happen to my account? I can see feed of foursquare just fine anyway ...


EDIT: everything working again after i logged out (revoke) and login nelisquare again. Including 4squick too (nothing had been done to 4squick at all). I wonder what just happened o.o

Such behaviour can be caused by fuzzy gps signal, while there is no gps coordinates to use, API returns 400 error.
I just may be the coincidence that auth reset helped.

You can use google supl a-gps server to speedup the gps lock time.
And I'm planning to add "Wonky gps signal" error message, if it cannot be locked.

Nelisquare for N9 users now available from Ovi Store: http://store.ovi.com/content/291307
It's usefull, if you always use only stable versions.

You will not be able to update to beta/alpha using in-app updater. You have uninstall store version and install stable/beta/alpha from my build server or app4meego.

It is still in development and many things are still on the list to be done.
And yes, that feature will be available at 0.4.10.
The behaviour can be changed at settings screen: hide or exit on "swipe down" gesture.
