I just the Ainol Novo7 Elf2 Tab Black 16GB.
Has Android 4.0.0, Eynos 4212-level processor, 7in capacitive 5-point multitouch, 1024x600 LCD with pretty good angles and brightness, 2MP front camera, Wifi bgn, BT 2.1, microSD, miniUSB-HOST, microHDMI-out, power-port, 3.5mm headset, loudspeaker, mic, vibration.
Comes with Google Market and GApps. Works well out of the box, can recommend its build quality and features after I get more time with it. Looking for r00t, kernel source and custom roms right now. Shipped for $128.
Accessories from another site will come in the next week or two, which I'll test as well. Cost a total of $20 or so.

I'm personally not a fan of the Flyer's build - seems "cheapy". Samsung Galaxy Tab is lower res 1024x600 but does have a microSD port.
I'd go Nexus. But I'm biased.
